Alone

I lay there in silence, alone with my thoughts. I stare at my ceiling in the dark. I'm unable to move, and can barely speak. I can't bare the sound of my own voice. So I lay there with nothing to say as my thoughts eat me alive. I can't scream for help nobody's home, so i lie there alone with nothing but my thoughts.
