Better Place R.I.P

Better Place R.I.P

A Poem by Fuego31
"

My good friend and coworker Brittany LLoyd was in a car accident on 10/15/13. She entered a coma on life support and later died on 10/22/13. This poem was written the day after.

"
You were always there,
With your blazing red hair
Ready to brighten the day

No matter who
No matter why
You had something happy to say

Your radiance glowed in every ray of light
Sharing it gladly
With every soul who entered your sight

That adorable Jersey accent
audible from anywhere
Emphasizing the "o" in "Nintendog" to a guest on the other end of the phone

I miss you
Target misses you
We all miss you

You're in a better place now
Your hair shining with God's glory
I love you Brittany

Please do not point out errors. I nearly cried my eyes out writing it.

About
Sometimes I just write on random imagination and thoughts, but I mostly write what's inspired by my strongest emotion at that given moment. I've been been writing since I was 13 and I'm currently 24. .. more..
