It (Do you know what it is?)

This is a puzzle poem of sorts. But it's kind of easy to figure out if you've read the others

It's always there
         A pit in your stomach
         Smothering your soul
         Making you feel uneasy

It looms over you
            Terrifying you
            Shadowing you
            Threatening to show who or what you really are

It disgusts you
        making you feel dirty
                         feel unnatural
                                sinful
                                horrible

It confuses you
            does it hide your true nature?
             does it smother you with the truth, uncertainty, everything?

I can't focus
          It's always on my mind
          It distracts me
              forces my mind to interrogate itself
          My thoughts always leaping, jumping, skipping, hopping, running, becoming newer, recalling old

I'm worried
     so fidgety
     wanting to cry
      wanting help but I can't find help! I need it

Do others know me better than I know myself?
