Going

Going

A Poem by K
"

If only we could truly freeze time

"
He cups her face in
his hands
but silently she melts
away
oozing through absence
in puddles at
his feet

A knowing glance
Down
A blank stare
Ahead

Storing your clocks in the freezer can only do so much

Time
Melted away just as she

Wow that was a great but sad visual. It reminds me of the way Dali liked to paint all those melting clocks while he was on drugs. I was wondering if "storing your clocks in the freezer" is actually something people do, or is that a metaphor your using? Either way that's a real clever use of words.
