Nevermore: The Ballad of the Little BallerinaA Poem by Taylor<3The ballerina does a dance for her lover, Whom she lost to the world. Sad slow twirls come from the graceful girl.
She lifts her face to the lights as the tears flow and she remembers the wonderful artist she used to know. How desperate he must have been and how truly alone.
They found him in the rain his hands were still warm. She flung herself onto the ground and whispered, "Nevermore."
Nevermore will she hear his voice. Nevermore. Nevermore. Nevermore will she feel his touch. Nevermore. Nevermore. Nevermore will she hold his hand. Nevermore. Nevermore.
No, now the little ballerina is all alone, and everything calls his name. Nevermore. Nevermore. © 2008 Taylor<3Author's Note
