You have enough why look for more?

 

Do not pursue worldly success.

What is the point in garnering?

Great riches if in the process.

You lose sight of everything.

 

You need to keep the balance right.

Time for your friends and family.

Instead of working day and night.

To increase profitability.

 

And work to live not live to work.

Who are you trying to impress.

You may die young from overwork

When you can manage with far less.

 

 

You can opt out of the rat race.

Find time to have a little fun

Somebody’s sure to take your place.

While you’re relaxing in the sun.

Oh what a wonderful thought, '.. relaxing in the sun' - and i know the perfect place!

You've been writing your poems for as long as I've been in the Cafe - and before, I know; your words are - whilst gently created, a sweep across the board of rights and wrongs, you clearly see and feel light and dark, this is no exception. Live for the day, dream through the night. I'm all for that - just need to try harder!
