Cherry Blossom

Choka sonnet

Spring time is sublime.

Mother Nature’s finest show

Cherry blossom time.

There’s no better place to go.

To find peace of mind.

Strolling ‘neath the cherry trees

You are sure to find

That the cherry blossoms please

Everyone who goes.

Are sure to find some surcease

and forget their woes

Leave their troubles all behind.

When beneath the trees you stroll

Cherry blossoms soothe the soul..
