Occupational Hazard

Occupational Hazards.

The life I lead means that I must.

React to changing circumstance.

I have to learn to readjust.

I can’t afford to take a chance.

I’m proud of my ability

To react instantaneously

To anything that seems to be.

A threat to my security.

Perhaps I’m growing paranoid.

Potential threats are everywhere.

Although I take the greatest care.

I cannot possibly avoid.

The risks a bodyguard must take.

One slip might be the last I make.
