Sympathizing a Napkin

Sympathizing a Napkin

A Poem by Kollin Lore
"

a poem about loneliness. because when your lonely you think of random things. what else is there to do? Other than mope.

"

There’s something wrong with me
Or maybe it’s right
I sympathized a napkin
An Arby’s napkin, clean and white as white
I took it out of my pocket
To pick up some crap
Leaving a brown stain
As small as Venezuela on a map
What once was so clean
Is now dirty and used
Poor napkin I said
If that was I, I’d feel abused
And so I watched it in its new form
Lying in the garbage amongst all the scrap
My final words contained a goodbye
And thanks for sheltering my hand from the crap.
