Inborn coquetry

Quintilla format.

Although she was of noble blood.

Epitome of elegance.

She always acted as she should

Quite obviously she understood.

Dependent on the circumstance.

There would be sometimes she could

Ignore the rules and simply dance.

As any low born woman would

They shared a common womanhood.

Both knew their dancing would entrance.

The watching males and stir their blood.

With a display of fiery dance.

Perhaps not as a lady should.

When she surrendered to the mood

engendered by the urge to dance.

But when the music ceased she would

Resume her haughty elegance

And act the way she knew she should.

Adopt a different attitude.

No longer entranced by the dance.
