Touch The White

Touch The White

A Poem by poetic minds

I cant wait
and I just can't breath
almost eight
I cant feel my feet

my hearts in the air
locked tight in your hair
all the curls so perfect
the waiting is worth it

just to see your face glow
linger in your smile
lovely and right
float around like white snow
you can fly for miles
beautiful sight

burning fire melts the candle
and your heart melts my soul
the butterflies are inside
to my life you are the handle
straighten me to my goal
baby you fill up my eyes

drifting down from a tree
grain struck from the sand
cool breeze of the sea
when I fall you catch me
you know who I am
the warmth you can see

you give balance to my life
like the wind to the ocean
the leaf to the tree
your soul it holds up my eyes
gives me beat gives me motion
let me be to thee
the beat that you need

I am the cloud at your side
the flesh to your lips
my hand on your heart
I am tender to touch
inside this home you can hide
tender kiss for your lips
you're a priceless art

come with me to the shore
where a wave meets the ear
see your shadow tonight
know the love our heart bore
lets the glowing night hear
white love changing to sight

love is a flickering flame
effort must be made for it to stay alight
