Dear Love

Dear Love

A Poem by Aiden Christopher Pafford

Dear love,

I spent all my life looking for you, only to find dead ends. I thought I found you a few times, only to be disappointed. You left me cold, abandoned, fraile, and shattered, on a jagged road of despair.

What am I? Who am I? Why do you forsake. Me love. Why must you. Descend upon me like a lioness stalking it's prey. Am I. Not deserving? Have I. Not searched for you with all. My heart and mind and body and soul? Have I. Not been. Faithful? Have I not tasted death many times for your name?

If I. Must continue this trek through this world, this flame engulfed hell and misery, so be it! If I. Must be shot through the heart. Multiple times in order to find your. Infinite glory, I happily endure it! If I. Must kiss the Angel of death millions of times just to touch you. One time, then die happily I shall.

For to. Find you my love and bring you. Into my arms, would be like living in heaven, full of infinite pleasure and boundless existence.

I love you. Love come find me. I long and am lovingly search for you!!!!!

with. All my heart

Aiden

This was a lovely, heartfelt, aching piece. I just wonder about some of the punctuation placement- was it intentional? Well done over all!
God bless,
