The Art Of LoveA Poem by Aiden Christopher PaffordA poem I wrote for an ex.
Love is a woven tapestry
It must be treated with care If you mistreat the one you love Then love will form a tear I sit here shattered like a fallen sculpture never to stand tall once again treated as nothing by the love of my life my lover, my dearest sweet friend The art of love though masterpieces at first with it's shades it's warm undertones once hung on the wall now discarded away now broken, forgotten, alone. Maybe someday I will be found again for I'm locked away collecting dust Can someone restore the art of pure love Grounded in happiness, foundations of trust. © 2014 Aiden Christopher PaffordAuthor's Note
