THE TURQUOISE POOL.

To my thirst for love
You rose from the sand of arid dunes
Through misting haze did I see your form growing
To come to sweet sight, to dear completion
In a robe of turquoise satin
And with a sensual smile of knowing
That you came into the heat of my mind
And your smile was shade from the fire

I watched you mirage your form
To stand tall in heaven’s splendour
As your robe fell
In an energy of shimmering blue
Floating down in passion’s cool effect
To widen its satin as a sensation of emotion
To become waves of passion and flood my ground
Till I swam in your waters

And we bathed in a turquoise pool
And… I drunk deeply of waters’ energy
You are the spirit of this bathed delight
And I feel your fingers tender me to an endearment
Ripples of perfumed employment
That wash me to a frenzied and joyous wanting
Soft-soaping me to a high
Exciting the spirit of my structure to soft comply

And… Your waters mould to my frame
That I become the fleshed fruit in saturation’s giving
And your fluid’s adventure allowed me this
To dive into secret caves, to swim’s exhilaration
So are we are in synchronised play
That we drown out tomorrow
In the turquoise juice of now.
