Beauty of a Rose

Pink satin petals

Glisten in the sun

As rays reflect

Off the drops of dew

 

Golden light

Warms the delicate satin

As it reaches

For its glorious touch

Arching for its soft strokes

 

The sweet summer sun

Caresses the fragile flower

Enveloping it with tenderness

Giving exquisite pleasure

As it fingers each petal

The rose, being the flower of love
has a delicate fragrance much like
the aroma of the lover, the satin
soft petals are not unlike her most
tender skin. As she fades it is not
to lose color , but to blend into
the pink of the lover.
No flower can arouse more passion
in her red that reminds her lover
of the flame of his love.
