something a little lighter

A clear glass bottle seems ordinary

For appearances can be quite deluding

Truly there is something delicious inside

Mysteriously hidden, sealed with a cork

 

Suspiciously it sits on a dusty shelf

Gleaming with an emptiness of mystery

Engaging attention with pure simplicity

Shimmering for it has an inviting secret

 

There is excitement swirling like a tornado

Swaying to the beat of volcanic energy

As moonlight passion’s sweet aroma is released

Our combined scents mingle behind the blue glass.

I think people can be like this bottle we view them from the outside without knowing the riches they possess with in. Many beautiful experiences are probably missed because we pass judgment on things before we ever taste them. Simplistic poem with a message in the bottle. Nicely done.

Bordering on the macabre...darkness exposed by a moonlit eve...a shadow draws you in as light is perceived. Passion's quest is looming on the edge before the night is deceived. The mystery on a dusty shelf released from a bottle a bluish haze enveloping thy spirirt in a magical maze.
