Vision from My Window

Spring my favorite time of year
When the red poppies start to bloom
The blue sky is completely clear
I see them looking out my room

Planted in a wooden window box
With the bright sun shining down
Scampering about a small red fox
Slyly scurries here, there and all around

I hear a clank in the back
The fox hit the bumper of metal
I know his poor head did crack
I shrug and go put on the tea kettle.

I enjoy watching nature also. Really excited about my plants that are popping out of the ground. This is exactly what I usually do with my deer and bad squirrels. Animals bring so much excitement and humor to our world.
