Typhoon Waves

Typhoon Waves

A Poem by Poetic Beauty

Typhoon waves crash
Upon the Imperial shore
With a slippery lash
Rocking the town to it's core

Otters swim here and there
Threw the temple door
Without a simple care
Searching for rice away from shore

An earthquake rumbles under ground
Rocking waves back and forth
Leveling the whole Imperial town
Causing villager to travel to the far north

Nice rhymes.
I thought this was really good. I was a little confused by some of the lines, but then, I don't always catch the humorous easily.
Great write.
