Bended Tree

Toxic moss formed
Upon a bended tree
Twisted and malformed
It gave a crying plea

Leaves withered and dry
Branches brutally scarred
In the wind a silent cry
For the bark, black and charred

Abandoned and all alone
The tree swayed and drooped
Consoling was not known
Left out of the thriving group

I just have 2 suggestions..

1 In your second stanza I think you meant for scared and charred to rhyme....
2 abandoned and all alone
The swayed and drooped

I think you gotta add the word TREE HERE

The TREE swayed and drooped.

No I have written older poems and stories about it and posted on here.

I was in a relationship and to make a long story short it was back in 2009 and he got abusive. The first time he put his hands on me was the last. I left, pressed charges and never went back. He held a piece of broken glass to my throat and threatened to kill me in front of my son and I had bruises everywhere but my face. Jesse aka my lifetime love and I had just reconnected talking again but he had already moved back to Arizona. He helped me so much during that time.
