Warm Whispers and Seductive Peace

Read at you will 🫠

Soft notes glide upon murmured breath
A fluttering of spicy exhaled air
Warm whispers between inhales, breathe
Telling quiet stories not yet spoken

Releasing the final present moment
As tension is slowly vanquished
Allowing hidden depth to come alive
Floating freely from the inner being

The chilled air taken in without thought
As cool oxygen is held but a second
Giving new life to those mysteries
As hidden emotions come to exist

It courses through every single cell
Engulfing the blood with knowledge
As it expands its circulation
Breathing life into the soft notion

Ardent fibers begin to vastly flow
Seeping in with every rise and fall
A merger of thought and emotion
Beating with exactly the same chord

Whisky strands of amour infiltrate
They lavishly course through silence
In the lapses of palpitations
A cadence of resolution sighs

Sultry embers invade the blood stream
Body temperature rises with need
For awareness allows a massive flood
The brain accepting what the heart feels

Reconciling the friction of division
A seductive fusion allows peace
As rapture tickles all the senses
Invigorating with sensuous calm

I am thinking of the victims of the crash in Washington DC...the cold felt at the instant but then the warmth as the souls come together for their trip back upwards....this time not back to Kansas but up to heaven.
The friction of division...our leader creating more of that with his comments on the circumstance.

I don't think I have ever seen such a knowledgeable resolution of the apparent separation of spirituality and sensuality. It comes across as sex and mystical experience merging and leaving a residue of peace. It should be required reading at both medical and divinity schools. Well done.

I had to read this three times as my eyes kept going back to the line "floating freely from the inner being."
This is quite an apt title, as it reminds me of the time I complained about having to go to a three day spa weekend, but ended up feeling about four stone lighter and a bit like a squishy mallow afterwards.
I remember being annoyed at being able to hear the sheep in the next field over when I arrived, but after a massage and three saunas, I was so relaxed I woke up to thinking their bah'ing sound would be a great sound to set my alarm too.
After three days of that they had to pour me into the car seat and the first thing I done when I got home was book it again the next year.
From cynic to convert in three light footed steps! 😃

There is a loot to be said for releasing pent up emotions and accepting ones the reside deep within ourselves. Our heart knows; what the brain may try to fight. Often my brain and my heart collide in battle or the brain ignore what the heart knows as truth
