Mystifying Glow

Mystifying Glow

A Poem by Poetic Beauty
"

Slightly Mature

"
Allow me to bask in your fire
The crimson flames create splendor
As the flickering glow dances
Mystifying it entrances

Your radiance shines amber light
Soothing the weary soul within
As comfort washes over me
It glides caressing, freely

An internal energy
That spreads contagiously with ease
It tickles from head to toes
Emitting repose as it flows

A solitary intense glance, stirs
Imitating a warmth inside
Forcing the world to disappear
A single focus becomes clear

Each breath releases tension
As vivid ocean eyes glare
A profound glacial knowing
As a solace keeps growing

A peace resonates deep inside
While nothing else is pertinent
But this intense silken moment
As chaos is broken and bent

So what's slightly mature about this young lady?
And yes, I know exactly what it's about and am so convinced oglf it that I didn't even need to ask for a proper growed up to read it first to see if it was suitable for my fragile little mind.
It's about being in a coffee shop and seeing someone you want to do the smoochy with (so obviously not a hipster then) and you can't help but keep looking at then in the hope they notice you, but not in the restraining order kind of way!
I'm right, aren't I? Well, it's either that or it's about that last slice of chocolate marvelled cake! 😃

Not a big fan of mysteries other than the solving of them through my innate curiosity; always learning, always finding out, always growing. I hope I keep enough childish wonder alive in my heart though to understand some mysteries are quite beyond my meager understanding.
