Grief, loss, death are mainly the times when my pen writes without struggle, these writes for me my "better"(better than average) writes. Because this the case I guess the less I write the better:)
Not being a reader of anything much leads to my very simple way of writing, never ever used a thesaurus or dictionary when putting pen to paper.
Being a terrible reviewer I read much of many folks writing but seldom comment.
I have read and enjoyed most of your recent posts and have enjoyed the lovely feedback you get from all that visit.

When I first started writing I did use a thesaurus or dictionary. I do now. I use both plus a rhyming dictionary. I have a great fondness for words and reading both although I tend to read paranormal romance and fantasy romance. Anything that helps me escape to another world for awhile.
"I'm raging a war within myself."---Such powerful truths you speak with this...I often find it difficult to properly regulate my emotions, so I can understand the struggle of keeping it in. Wanting to tell someone, even if that means anyone who will listen. Writing really taught me how to sit in my thoughts until they run dry. Half the time, I'm never sure if my writing makes sense, but damn does it feel good to get it out on paper! Beautiful, raw emotions buried here. Thank you!

There is nothing like the feeling of being emotionally caged in! You must explain to your muse that you are not doing this intentionally....sometimes emotions do get blocked within and come out as grief, sorrow, loss, fear....you are a prisoner within your own body and mind....so these emotions are flying everywhere, except where they should be....a struggle with your muse.... Nicely written
Warmly, B

He knows and I’ve told him I’m emotionally invested with him and that I have feelings for him. He does too. I was stressed one time and he asked what was wrong? I said you want the list? He said yes I do!!
It seems to be a battle constantly. The heart...the mind. Great word. I reread this and wanted to get back to you again on this one—tremendous work.

I think we all struggle internally at some point over emotions we don’t want to admit reside within us. I compartmentalize this feeling many times. I allow it to run amuck when I’m calm peaceful and strong enough to accept it. My situation with Mr Blue Eyes is complex and sometimes I’d rather not have that softer feeling escape.
Ahhhhh, I like this one! Writer's block? The trepidation we may feel baring ourselves upon the page? Provocative stuff.

The first is give five words that needed to be used in the poem. I’d pick words that were meant to help in creating and expanding vocabulary. I. World of 500 hundred I’d give a topic to write about or a photo and the people in the group we’re supposed to write a short 500 word story about it.

She screams sometimes about what I’m going to write lol and well on this occasion I didn’t want to write about what the heart was saying.
if I might be permitted to offer a few words of advice, I would suggest any uncaging should be undertaken slowly .. not necessarily with caution, but very slowly indeed and do try to maintain eye contact at all time .. then give a few wiggles here and there and a twist or two on the way down would most surely go down a treat .. Laughing and my mind definitely wandered in directions most wouldn’t have lmao
First off I'm on here to post my writing to have an outlet for my emotions. You will find a variety of poems. If you like take a moment and stroll through this poets mind.
