I’m rough on the exterior
Jagged shards protruding outward Much like a small porcupine Prickly spikes poking, my power Deep within my interior Docile fluff vibrating resides Like a soft tiny rabbit Downy fur shining, does hide Too soft for this brutality Thumping heart quivering, quietly A drum that’s beating slowly Roaring with fever, in private My mind rushes overthinking Racing in overdrive, fastly A small bee bustling, frisky Churning with vigor, quite madly Love to soft, an emotion Singing it Melodie’s, sweetly A song sung smoothly, with care Flying with flavor, so deeply There’s a price for adoration Fondness isn’t constantly, fluid A flow stops moving, and quite Feelings do become, diluted Too soft for this brutality Thumping heart quivering, quiet A drum that’s beating, slowly Roaring with fever, in private © 2024 Poetic BeautyFeatured Review
