Saturated with the Blues

Saturated with the Blues

A Poem by Poetic Beauty

The rain beats down
Pelting the soul
Liquid fingers take control

Droplets spread
Vining through the heart
Reigning Supreme

Smother the sunshine
Black storm clouds
Are on the rise

The heart feels heavy
Saturated with the blues
Overtaking all other hues

The mind feels numb
As the rain seeps in
And the cycle begins again
