Down falls gently
From the alabaster sky Blankets the world In brilliant white As the creative mind Drifts to calm seas Of scarlet tulips Under sunny skies While the world Outside is desolate Void of vivid color Imagine crimson fields Of tulips swaying In the summer breeze Painting the joyful soul With a palate of cerulean blue Saturating in sanguine red
