Tulips and Sunshine

Down falls gently 

From the alabaster sky

Blankets the world

In brilliant white

As the creative mind

Drifts to calm seas

Of scarlet tulips

Under sunny skies

While the world

Outside is desolate

Void of vivid color

Imagine crimson fields

Of tulips swaying 

In the summer breeze

Painting the joyful soul

With a palate of cerulean blue

Saturating in sanguine red

This has a defining charm. Your words play the summer breeze. I fall into your words. Out of bad memories, facing off the bad things with one good memory. I love the colors of spring and summer. It represents new life and new beginnings. New adventures and a breath of fresh air. I can't wait for warmer weather. I want to start my herb garden and start making new flower beds. I have about eighty bulbs to plant so far.
