Chaos and Hope

In a land of bewilderment

Days are filled with broken promises

Shining scornful rays of

Abandonment

In a wilderness of labyrinth burdens

Nights are cluttered with

Fragmented dreams

Under glacial lunar silver

beams of 

Disappointment

In the vacation of cosmic slumber

Hope dances amongst the stars

Whispering consoling secrets

That today's chaos 

She fade into diminishing vapor

Allowing the soul to rejuvenate 

As astral projection 

empowers the endless

free travel in the mind.

searching frantically amongst the stars
