A Poem by Callista Howard
"

Strange night encounters

"
Night skies bright extraordinary stars
Nothing you do amazes me anymore
Your advance intelligence arouses my curiosity and I should say,
I would like to learn even more but am afraid to open that transparent door
Bright glowing radiant star, I shall pretend
I don't see you watching from afar
Spinning and expanding
Rotating and dancing
Displaying beautiful radiant rainbow colours from my backyard
Should I disclose who you are, lets just call you the Neutron Star
Red, yellow, blue and green what a magnificent scene
While I hide behind the scene
These encounters are becoming a daily routine
What is it you wish to reveal
Did I see something that should be kept concealed
Only a few watches up high
There so many mysteries conceal in our sky
