Heaven

Questing one’s self

Heaven, where is this place
I have heard it does exits yet it is beyond my reach
I raise my hands up high hoping to touch the sky
How I desire to take flight and fly
Heaven, where is this place
As I eagerly search and research for the answers to every earthly debate
I look to the sun to catch a glimpse of the son
But every cloud hides his glorious face
How I desire to run to escape, too see the city beyond
Heaven, where is this place
Why can’t I meet the son
My soul want’s to travel beyond
How I long to rest in his arms to be crest by the Son of man
Heaven open the door and let my feet touch the Holy floor
Heaven where is this place
I want to meet the one who gave me salvation and grace
Heaven open thy door let me enter once more
Let my soul and body be embrace by the one who gave me life and grace
Heaven, open my eyes
Let me into the world that is unseen
Grant me vision and dreams
Strength and discernment to stand against force’s that are not of this world
Heaven fulfil my desire to walk with thee
Be my teacher and guide
Heaven where is this place
Where only the true King reigns and resides
Heaven open my heart and eyes.
