Slice or Dice?

Slice or Dice?

A Poem by poetic-raven2012

Slice or Dice?

A flick of the wrist,
    a splash of red,

one strangled cry,
    the man is dead.

You go to sleep tired,
never living,
wake up tired,
never trusting.

Find a person to
give some advice;
give them a choice,
slice or dice?

Their eyes will widen,
you will grin,
the bonds won’t break
they’re trapped within.

No way to run,
no time to repent,

the killer won’t mind,
he knows to hell he’ll be sent.

A flick of the wrist,
    a splash of red,

one strangled cry,
    the man is dead.
