JESUS, MY LOVER

He has been my most consistent LOVE

JESUS, MY LOVER

 

When I think of the LOVE of my life,

And how He saved me from sadness,

And kept me from feeling the struggle and strife...

The emotion is hard to express!

 

How can I describe this?

It is like feeling the cool breeze against your skin,

Or the rain mingling with your tears;

Or knowing the battles you fight, you can win!

 

Because there is Someone to Help take away your fears;

Someone who is always there when you feel you’re so alone;

Someone who holds your heart in His LOVING Hands...

Treating you with compassion and care!

 

And my LOVE gives Promises on which He will stand!

My LOVE will never go away, He will always be there.

My LOVE loves so much; He got on the cross and died!

To prove just how much He does Love me! He's Alive!

 

Jesus, of all the false loves I have tried, Your

LOVE is the best that I will ever see... and know!

You are my Perfect LOVE within!

Peace which never ends!

 

I thank you so much for Your unconditional Love;

One which I know will never go away!

And I am comforted to know you watch me from Above!

And that Your LOVE is here to stay!

 

So, dear friend, don't be down!

Jesus LOVES you!
