From Sorrow Blooms A Poem

From Sorrow Blooms A Poem

A Poem by poet2angels (lynda)

I was born treading water;

tears flowing
from first flutter of waking eyes

wooing the World
with soft whispers
strumming petals of love

on life's proverbial violin

sorrow spilling words
seeping from deepest shadows
of the heart

sprinkled as seed
upon fertile ground

to blossom as Spring bouquet.

Beautiful.
This is by far the most beautiful poetic description of a heart brake I ever read, but somehow the feeling of the intense pain is not well described ... Try to be a little more direct about the emotions.

This is a wonderful piece. The entire poem flowed together, but this part caught me. There is sadness and joy in this piece.

sorrow spilling words
seeping from deepest shadows
of the heart

wooing the World
with soft whispers
strumming petals of love

on life's proverbial violin

sorrow spilling words
seeping from deepest shadows
of the heart

I read this several times just to feel the words flowing. You really have tallent here. Keep up the good work, but from the sound of your poems it doesn't seem like work at all. It feels like the joy of the mind seeping into the soul.
