Flutter~

Written for a contest

 

 

 

Bless my eyes

with shades of serenity

blossoming beauty in blues
floating in feathered wave
beneath an enchanting fall of Spring

where hues are Heaven sent

in visions of violet, swirling
secrets spun into gold
as dreams melt into memories

carried within precious pearls
until love blooms-
then strung upon heartstrings

fluttering
as aquatic apparition

to this dance of destiny.

As noted by Wicahpi and Emily, this is definitely a wonderful and beautiful piece. I enjoyed the liquid flow and tones of the work, for though I am an Earth sign - there has always been something about water that has intrigued me. I could close my eyes as I read this, and I could feel that stream of colors as it did flow before us....
