Leafless

Uncovering parts of me,

 

unexposed

until fingertips 

traced lips to curve;

 

revealing dreams

like silhouettes,

 

unfolding

 

within flicker 

of moonlight

 

drapes, not drawn

 

leaving us leafless

until love kisses dew

upon morning flowers;

 

the fragile of petals, unveiled

only to us.

This one seemed so simple that I thought no one else would like it. It won gold in a contest on another site :) It was one of those moments that you talked about on the show...Tim has just left for school and I was just expressing how I felt :)
