High School

I was having a really bad day when I wrote this but anyway this is about how High School can be so cruel

High School

 

You try your best not to let it get to you

but slowly it eats away

sadly it's nothing new

Hopefully it's not here to stay

I am so sick of this

I can't find the words to say

I am not going to miss

anything from here far or near

all the people with their noses in the air

the whispers walking down the hall

piercing,envious stares

I try to be nice to all

but no one tries to get to know you

cause it's High School

Oh so true... great work.. High school can be such a cruel... heartless place.. everyone trying to fit in or have their own unique style.. the rebel years... the masks people wear to pretend they are something they are not.. yes high school can be this way for many.. I am sure many can relate to this writing!!! (I know I don't miss it..lol) but then once high school is finished.. college or freedom to go to work and make money.. I was so excited to get my first real job.. don't worry .. hang in there if you are still in high school.. take your time and figure out what you "really" want to be.. so that you are happy once you start working!!! =)
