i believe poems are a good way for us especially the youth and children to learn and appreciate their environment and how we use it to sustain our lives. nature works with us and we work with nature.

USES OF LAND

Land is for all natures

Freedoms

Where there is growth of

Plants and animal kingdoms

Land to live in

Land to explore natures

History,

Diversity, evolution.

Land is our human home

Where we are born and

Where we will die

Land to feed us all,

With the crops we grow in the fields

With the cows and goats we

Keep in our farms

Land can define a society

How we survive

Land to hold on to our

Human virtues

Kindness, happiness, joy,

Giving, sharing, hardwork

Togetherness, love

To build societies

Factories, towns, houses

Land to protect us

Oour pride

Land to discover laws of nature ,science, phenomena

What is force, light

,travel, dark energy, black holes,

Are we the only ones in this universe,

Where does our history fall

With the dinausaurs.

Land to create tools and

Technology that make our lives  easier

Land for societies ideals,

Selflessness, unity

Humanity

Peace

Order,

Learning and research

Land is where we feel most safe

Land for conservation of

Natural resources , wildlife

Rivers, lakes,, rare plants

Species

Land for memory of our ancestors,

Statues for our lost ones.

Land for leisure , sport, tourism.

Land for exploration of

Its natural resources

Timber,clay, utensils, timber

For furniture,

Clay for building, art ,

Minerals for tools, machines and technology

Land gives us vehicles, fuel,, for engines

And gas stovs,

it gives us planes,

it Gives us setillites.

it Gives us space rockets

To explore oour universe

The machines world not exist without

Their iron, copper, gold, silver, chrome components.

Land is like our human tool

Our starting point of human creation.

To research,learn and discover,

Land was used by Galileo

To teach us of gravity in

An apple and melon; about an objects mass

Land built the steam engine,

The first electric dam, the first

Bitumen road , launch the first science

Rocket.

Land holds all water in rivers and oceans

Land is for us to share

Build nations together

Land is on earthm in venus , in mars

If we continue to explore, land will be

Minerals are the substance of value found

In the earth

They are hidden underground

From them all we use

Is birthed

On earth surface above ground

Mineralsprovide us with tools

Minerals bend and break

The hardest materials

They provide us with

Means of communication,

Some are used for

Health purposes

Minerals allow us to

Trade for resourses we do not have

Barter is a way of sharing

In natures gifts

And treasures

Minerals are important

For research

Only lead can block harmful radiation lead,

Some mineras are attractive to the eye,

They are precious,

Even sometimes priceless,

They sparkle, shine,

Beautify what they embody,

Minerals are used for art,

They form part of our

Culture and heritage

Some can be used to

Store vast data

Man shall dig deeper

Thanever to find these minerals

They are apart of our homes

Our society our lives.

Man cannot live better without these

Travel, explore distant places.

Precious stones to exquisite

Jewelery

Diamond stone to diamond necklace

Beauty alwas is sparkling,

Its in the step of our last dance,

Almost untouchable, breathtaking,

Sap to rubberm to all rubber stuff,

Shoes, belts, pads, tires, plastics,

We insulate our lives from hazards, reduce

Wear and tear in our relationship with nature

Nature of minerals is

Changing and becoming

Ever freshm ever tantalizing

Ever safer,becoming what we want our future
