An End

An End

A Poem by Pam Nyburg
"

This was written in 2004 during a period of deep depression.

"
Naked and vulnerable

Pain feeds my fear

I’m crippled by despair

Weeping uncontrollably I search for love

And find more heartache

Numb as ice I search for acceptance

And find only ridicule

My fear denies my release

And I long for an end

That can not come
