Insanity

just somthing that came to me when i was mad

All around me is going insane or am I? I really dont know whats happing everytime, im just losing my mind? What should I do? Either stoned or wasted around me, why im I the only one not insane? Things will just go down hill. What im I doing here? In this insanity I need out, but I cant  run, I need help, but I cant scream. I need sanity. I need a way out of this hell, how can I do it? How can I just run? S**t will just get harder as the years pass all I want is a way out.
