Circle

Circle

A Poem by Tyler James Mathieson
"

Randomly scrawled down

"
I sit in our circle with a stony face
With a broken heart, I feel far from grace
With a tear in my eye, I turn away
Against my will, I force myself to stay
I feel like its time for me to run
All my memories I feel the need to shun
In the night I call out your name
But then I see that it is in vain
You are gone and that will not change
As old as this is, this feeling's still strange

"All my memories I feel the need to shun". Is that an intentional fragment without a comma after memories? This is A BEAUTIFUL poem. It's very moving. I almost want to scratch in that comma and edit the fragment over the screen of my Mac. LOL.
