this is a sad and frightening realisation, don't let yourself fade away, I have constantly felt the same way, it's what happens when you think everything is pointless, it's great that people know who they are, but I sure don't and don't even know what I like anymore. that's probably not helping but you can't lose the struggle for yourself, or else there will just be nothing and at least having something of yourself is worth fighting for.
