Forever Young

Forever Young

A Poem by yourhaircutman

The glow of a child's face,

the sternness of an adult mouth.

The youthful dances of a kid,

the measured steps of a grown up.

The carefree attitude of the young,

the self-conscious anxiety of the old.

The all-loving, chance-taking teenager,

the restricted, boring middle aged.

The warm wave from a child,

the cold finger from an adult.

Things change when you grow up.

Have fun while you can.
