The Planet Bends Between UsA Poem by Rc R. VagilidadHappy Graduation!!! Batch Leininger 2010
And the time stopped clicking...
Looking back decades passed, it seems a minute ticked on its way to somewhere inevitable. I've paused the tassels behind the grimace of the strobe light, particles seen of souls devoted. The smiles of two affects seen on every faces, a perfect delusions of happiness and leaving. I was fooled by the overwhelming grace, the seasons of strife blinding the mark of an ending. And people came, people left, families smiled, cried unuttered... on green pastures they've paved hunger of disbelief. Time is slow, time is totally creeping the frenzy of the night. I can't please the moment to start over, breaking the minute hand of my watch seems insatiable reverse But I realized the planet has to bend between us to see the constellations more beautifully canvassed... Sitting on an arena of clamor, shifty lights, and glorious triumph, as very soon. I have to open my chronological demise, and start my story from there on. My Chapter has to start, I opened my eyes... and said, "It's not enough to stop from here." © RC Vagilidad 03.30.2010 © 2010 Rc R. Vagilidad |
