Go bump in the night –

That might make you uneasy,

May cause you some fright.

 

Faeries and spirits and

Strange beasts and elves,

Dragons and things with

No names for themselves.

 

Maybe the madness is talking,

Confusing a dream for things fae.

Maybe its just wishful thinking,

Hoping they’ll take me away.

 

Voodoo and magic and

Lost trods and spells,

Green Men and ouija and

Ghosts drowned in wells.

 

I don’t care if you think in

My head I’m not right –

I believe in the things that

Go bump in the night.
