Sun Hymn

Sun Hymn

A Poem by RaymondoftheWoods
"

short poem

"
Helios, the Sun, the Goldgiver, the Ring-Globe, the Wheelspinner,
     Where turning Earth, turning,
Receives the spread and spill of rays
      To gather its days.

Which circle-passion intense in radiance
remains sphere staying perfect in balance,

What spheres mercurial and spheres plutonic
       revolve in echoing rings.

Helios, The Sun, The Sky, Divinity, The Global Wonder,
        My heartwish.
