A Mothers Lullaby

A Mothers Lullaby

A Poem by Sarah
"

A lullaby to put children to sleep

"
Golden slumber kiss your eyes,
Smiles await you when you rise.
Sleep,
pretty baby,
Do not cry,
And I will sing a lullaby.

Care you know not,
Therefore sleep,
While I over watch you keep.
Sleep,
pretty darling,
Do not cry,
And I will sing a lullaby.
