Pretend that this is Fiction

Pretend that this is Fiction

A Poem by Megan Harris

I can't make these things up
I never twisted home into hell
you can't make water into blood
or food into starvation
there is just no way you can fix
living in the poverty of emotions
trying to make riches of love

Oooh, quite poignant. Deep title, deep poem. Great imagery with: "I never twisted home into hell/
you can't make water into blood/ or food into starvation".
