Artemis, the Huntress

Artemis, the Huntress

A Poem by pinksnowboots

Artemis, the huntress,
bounds through the woods on silent feet
her maiden hunting party behind her,
searching for her prey.

Artemis, the huntress,
whose arrows fly straight and true,
sister of Apollo
goddess of the moon.

Artemis, the huntress,
no boasts can equal her skill,
her divine talent,
she punishes those who defy her.

Artemis, the huntress,
bounds through the woods on silent feet
her maiden hunting party behind her,
searching for her prey.
