Pitter-Patter

Pitter-Patter

A Poem by Piikapoka
"

"Pitter Patter" is a poem I wrote for a friend. I am very found of him, and this is one way I decided to share my feelings towards him, through this poem.

"
"Pitter-Patter"

Pitter-patter,
rain races down.
Pitter-patter,
what a lovely sound!
Do you see?
Watch raindrops chase the ground
Pitter-patter,
off every house in town.
aqua glistens all around
Pitter-patter
I wish you were around
to enjoy this lovely sound
pitter-patter
if you were here now
I'd grab your hand
Lift my face up into yours
and bring you back to France
Pitter-patter
I'd embrace you in every way
Pitter-patter
I'd love you throughout the rain
oh pitter-patter
when will you come again?

Author's Note

Piikapoka
Ignore grammer and what not, thanks.

The one I sent to my friend I wrote "like" instead of the word love.
