Teenage days

Teenage days

A Poem by Picture of Poetry
"

How is your teenage life going so far...?

"

Oh,

these bantom, crazy

and monstrous teenage days

of marvel!

The drowsy dismay

that loves to fog

oualready cloudy minds

of strange and unfimilar things.

from our past.

The curiosity that

killed the cats

but will find a way

to kill off us teens.

We are always

wondering what is lurking

behind every unseen corner.

We are always wondering

what pair of unseen

uncaring eyes

are glaring down uopn us

and our blank faces.

In a single moment,

our state of mind

can run away from us

and fall from our frail grasp.

We are always

thinking about the word "if"

and wondering

every morning when we awaken

what we will screw

up on.

I really loved this. Very insightful into the easily molded brains and characters of teenagers. It's true, teenagers are still young and easily influenced by everything they see (which, most of the time, isn't good >__>;) This was an excellent write, thanks for sharing! =)
