What my mind knows and seesA Poem by Picture of PoetryFor the golden heart cries with the tears of the golden flute, for the notes of wisdom and shame float and flutter along the long and windy road, to end at any point, in the mind that it survives in.
The mysteries lie beneath the breaking heart.
As the petels of death fall slowly, and every tear of loss falls gradually and fills the water that slowly flows to the River of Red, for as the tears run, its master dies and the blood in the highway veins drips as they sit along the river bank into which the sun shines upon, but now hides its face in shame with the moon. The mind that creats these things, soon looses each one as a drip of it falls from the eyes to be given to someone else.
The mind is almost full of endless, ideas that long to be set free, so that the world may know of them on and forever to end, and soon die to be reborn into another mind of wonders beyond the books of others. © 2008 Picture of PoetryReviews
